Susie Langley M.S., RD is nutrition consultant in private practice who has been counseling athletes and active people for over twenty years. She also is affiliated with the Sports Medicine Fellowship Program at the University of Toronto and is Nutrition Course Conductor at the National Coaching Institute Ontario, teaching and mentoring coaches at the Olympic level. Susie has a broad background in counseling, teaching and research and writes a regular nutrition column in The Medical Post (www.medicalpost.com).
