| Shari Zitsow |
Hons B.A. - With her extensive background as a dancer and choreographer, Shari has acquired a distinct understanding of the body and its movement.
Her Pilates training on the Mat, Reformer, Chair and Cadillac, with an emphasis on Post-Rehabilitation, Golf and Raquet Sports and and Special Population including pre and post-natal care, gives her a unique, creative and nurturing approach in dealing with each client and his/her unique body. Her training is from the internationally recognized Stott Pilates, Body Harmonics, Polestar and The Physical Mind Institute.
Prior to teaching Pilates, Shari applied her double honors BA in Communications and Sociology in the entertainment industry both in Canada and the United States. She worked as a marketing executive in TV, film and home entertainment production and distribution. |
