 1/ A good warm up including a stretching program should be done before you start to play. This should concentrate on the lower back and shoulders. 2/ A daily routine of a back flexibility and strength program incorporating the abdominals and the hips. 3/ An overall fitness program will help prevent fatigue and allow your to maintain your proper swing. 4/ Golf lessons by a seasoned pro to improve and maintain your swing mechanics. This perhaps is the most important thing to prevent injuries.
